Another semester of this programme is about to end and I have a few concerns that probably some intelligent person could answer.At the end of this programme would there be refresher programmes pertaining to the use of technologies since this is an ever evolving phenomenon, all the students in this class did not catch everything and also assessment using technology was not done. How can we teach using technology and are clueless about assessing using the same technology?
Does anyone has any information on assessment using technology? This is of interest to me and I do not want to look like a fool after assigning work to the students still have to use pen and paper to assess.
How possible would it be to assess using multiple intelligences using the computer. I am at a lost with this part of it. So for the time being am I suppose to just teach and no assessment.
Help is needed at least for me.
I am also somewhat clueless in the computer literacy department.If the instructors and the tutors didn't have the time at least some of the other students in the course who were more competent should have been advised to assist those who needed assistance.I have no objection to being taught by a colleague,a student or even the man in the street.Learning does not only come from a university or a Phd.Similarly knowledge is better synthesized when it is passed on.As Confucius said,"There is no greater pleasure in life than to pass on to others what one has learnt for oneself."
